Fast Energy Holdings Berhad (FEHB) is a Malaysian-based investment holding company that was formerly known as Techfast Holdings Berhad. It was established in 2005 and initially focused on manufacturing. However, the company has now shifted its focus to the alternative energy industry. FEHB operates through its three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Fast Energy Sdn Bhd, Fast Solar Sdn Bhd, Fast Assets Sdn Bhd, and Fast Technology Sdn Bhd. In 2022, FEHB acquired an additional 35% stake in CCK Petroleum Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company, to expand its presence in the industry. The company aims to become a leading supplier of sustainable and renewable energy in the Asia Pacific region. Its newest venture, Fast Solar Sdn Bhd, supports solar power as a cleaner and cost-effective energy solution. FEHB is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia and has an extensive network in Malaysia, the United States, Europe, and Asia. The company's subsidiaries are involved in various activities such as bunkering services, vessel chartering, trading of petroleum and commodities, financing the construction of Solar PV Plants, trading of petroleum products, investment holding, trading in residential and commercial properties, and wholesale, distribution, and retail sales of mobile devices and electronic products.
