GCCP Resources Limited, located in Petaling Jaya, is a company listed on SGX since 2015. They are primarily involved in quarrying and processing Calcium Carbonate, which is crushed into varying particle sizes as per customer requirements. In 2020, they decided to diversify their business into the marble industry by converting their GCCP Marble Quarry into marble production. Their operations are mainly based in Simpang Pulai, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The GCCP Gridland Quarry, a subsidiary of GCCP Resources Limited, produces crushed Calcium Carbonate of different particle sizes, up to 90mm, which is sold to customers who use it for the manufacture of PCC. The quarry has a monthly production capacity of up to 40,000 tons of crushed limestone. GCCP Resources Limited is currently conducting a feasibility study on the marble quality at GCCP Marble Quarry. However, the process has been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They have discovered that the quarry deposit is strongly metamorphosed into marble with fine to medium grain marble. Further exploration will be carried out after the pandemic. The GCCP Marble Quarry has a total acreage of 80 acres and a mining elevation ranging from 100 meters to 400 meters. As of December 31, 2019, it had a total mineral resource of 210 million tons and ore reserves of 22 million tons. The GCCP Gridland Quarry covers approximately 25 acres and has a mining elevation ranging from 50 meters to 240 meters. As of December 31, 2019, it had a mineral resource of 39 million tons and ore reserves of 3.5 million tons. The GCCP Gridland Quarry dedicates around 18 acres to quarrying Calcium Carbonate, 4 acres to the Gridland Crushing Plant, and the remaining area serves as a working area and safety corridor.
