The subsidiaries of the group include Hexza-Mather Sdn Bhd, Hexzachem Sarawak Sdn Bhd, Norsechem Marketing Sdn Bhd, Summit Development Corporation Sdn Berhad (SUMMIT), Chemical Industries (Malaya) Sdn Bhd and Bio-Acetic Products Sdn Bhd. HEXZA has a plant in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang and at Demak Luat Industrial Park in Kuching, Sarawak. HEXZA has began a property development operation in the early 80's through it's subsidiary, SUMMIT and now is one of the established housing developers in Perak. The core business of the company is in the development of residential and commercial properties. Projects developed and completed by the company include Summit Complex and Taman Kemuncak in Ipoh and Taman Bersatu in Simpang Pulai. The company was incorporated in 1969 and is based in Petaling Jaya.
