Yoong Onn Corporation Berhad (YOCB) and the subsidaries are an integrated manufacturer and distributor of their own brands of home linen which focuses on the production of bed and bath linen, bedding accessories and curtains. The history of the business of the Group can be traced back to 1960s with the establishment of Yoon On, a partnership entity. The company started off with small-scale manufacturing of bed linen and started expanding in the local markets by marketing its own proprietary brands namely Diana and Novelle in 1982. Yoon On was taken over by Syarikat Yoong Onn Sdn. Bhd. (SYOSB) in 1988. In 1992, the business started to export their products to Singapore. Besides SYOSB, YOCB has 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries namely, Sleep Focus Sdn. Bhd. (SFSB), Elegant Total Home Sdn. Bhd. (ETHSB) and Monsieur (M) Sdn. Bhd. (MSB). SFSB is engaged in designing and manufacturing of home linen and bedding accessories; whereas ETHSB is engaged in distributing and trading of homeware and interior products. MSB is the Group's retailing arm. The Group serves as a one-stop supply centre for home linen and bedding accessories, especially for trade customers. The Group markets all of its home linen under 14 brand names (Diana, Novelle, Jean Perry, Louis Casa, Genova, Firenze, RedDanielle, BedTalk, Cotonsoft, Niki Cains, Oasis, Ann Taylor, Sarah Miller and Season) and undertakes own in-house design. The Group has 13 fully owned retail outlets and 1 retail outlet that is fully owned and managed by an appointed dealer under the 'Home's Harmony' brand name. The products were sold in 9 countries including Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Mozambique, New Caledonia and Fiji. The company was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Kuala Lumpur.
