Upon the incorporation of the Company, the shareholders of the Company have transferred their shares in the subsidiaries listed below as a part of the reorganisation. The Company was founded in Istanbul (Turkey) in 1996 as a family business led by its current Chief Executive Officer as the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's System for Turkey. The Group has subsequently expanded internationally to also become the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino's System for Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
