Insur S.A. is a company located in Lima, Peru. It was legally established on September 16, 2008, as part of Continental's internationalization process. InSur obtained authorization from the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Administrators on July 8, 2009. In September 2009, the company's shares were listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. InSur specializes in offering Credit and Surety Insurance policies. In April 2010, the company issued its first policy. The Superintendence of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Administrators expanded the company's authorization to include the issuance of Bond Letters.
