Interseguro, was incorporated on February 25th, 1998, in order to engage in underwriting general insurance and life insurance. However, in 2008, was granted permission to the general underwriting. Interseguro is a subsidiary of Intergroup Financial Services Corp, a company incorporated in Panama, and also it is a part of Interbank group, one of the leading financial groups in Peru. The main business of the company, refers to the coverage of retirement annuities and disability pension and survivor, businesses have generated 75% of the production of net premiums.
