History:
1991:The Company was incorporated in 1991 under Modaraba Companies and Modarabas (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980.
1991:The Modaraba commenced its business operations from November 12, 1991.
1991:The Company was sponsored by Trust Management Services (Pvt.) Limited. Trust Management Services (Pvt.) Limited, the management, The Company is a Private Company with limited liability incorporated under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It was registered as Modaraba Company with the Registrar Modaraba Companies Modarabas, on August 31, 1991.
1991:The Company was listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange on December 17, 1991.
