Bat Agrar Sp. z o.o. (Poland)

Bat Agrar Sp. z o.o. is a company located in Stargard, Poland. It was established as a joint venture between two business partners, Beiselen GmbH and ATR, with each holding a 50% stake in the company. In 2011, Beiselen GmbH sold its shares to the other partner, making ATR the sole shareholder of the company. As a result, the company changed its name from Beiselen-ATR Agrohandel Sp. z o.o. to ATR Agrohandel Sp. z o.o. After more than 10 years of independent operations, Beiselen GmbH and ATR merged to form a strong group, becoming a leader in the German market. In January 2021, the merger resulted in the creation of a new group called BAT Agrar. The purpose of this merger is to unify the management system in order to offer customers the best possible services in terms of purchasing and selling, logistics, and consulting. BAT Agrar GmbH is the only agricultural trading company with a dense structure represented throughout Germany. The merged company also includes important foreign branches in Austria, Denmark, and Poland, all connected within the BAT Agrar GmbH. Since 1996, the company has been assisting farmers in maximizing profits from crop cultivation by providing plant protection products, fertilizers, and seeds, as well as purchasing agricultural products. Previously, it operated under the name ATR-Agrohandel.
