Ecard S.A. is a company located in Warsaw, Poland. It was incorporated in 2000 and has since become specialized in providing card payment services. As an Agent Rozliczeniowy under the Electronic Payment Instruments Act, eCard is supervised by the President of the National Bank of Poland. Additionally, it holds the status of a Third Party Processor for Visa International and a Member Service Provider for MasterCard International. The company is also a partner of American Express Company for the use of cards in the online environment. On November 18, 2014, the Financial Supervision Commission granted eCard S.A. the status of a National Payment Institution. In its development, eCard S.A. joined the Nest group and merged with leading payment operators in the Polish market, Przelewy24 and Dotpay, under the name P24 DotCard.
