Hurtimex S.A. (Poland)

Hurtimex S.A. is a company located in Lodz, Poland. It was incorporated in 1990 and initially focused on trading children's clothing as the general distributor for Kanz, a leading children's fashion creator in Europe. Over the years, Hurtimex expanded its business to include designing and manufacturing children's clothing under its own brand, TUP TUP, which is still present in the market today. In 2008, the company transformed into a joint-stock company and went public with its debut on New Connect. During this time, Hurtimex underwent restructuring, shifting its focus from production and trading to solely trading, with the design of children's clothing remaining within its competence. Since 2012, Hurtimex has reestablished a close collaboration with its former German partner, now known as Kids Fashion Group (KFG). This renewed partnership has reached a new, higher level due to their longstanding trade contacts. In addition to clothing under its own brand, Tup Tup stores also offer children's collections from other brands in KFG's portfolio. These include well-known brands in the Polish market such as KANZ and Döll, with the potential for further brands such as Lemmi, Pampolina, Königsmühle, and others to be added. It is worth noting that the clothing from these brands is only available for purchase through Hurtimex's sales network in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe. KFG is currently the largest European conglomerate in the children's clothing industry, with over 10 renowned global clothing brands in its portfolio. It produces 12 million units annually, sold in 30 countries worldwide. KFG operates over 200 stores, has more than 100 shop-in-shop points, and collaborates with 2500 multi-brand stores.
