Kofama Kozle S.A. is a leading manufacturer of machinery and equipment for various industries. The company was formed through the merger of three entities: Kofama Kozle S.A., Energomontaz Zachod Wroclaw Sp. z o.o., and Przedsiębiorstwo Technicznej Obslugi Przemyslu OPOLREM Sp. z o.o. Since September 2018, the company has been part of the ZARMEN GROUP, one of the largest industrial construction groups in Poland. Kofama Kozle S.A. has been in the market since 1969 under the name Kozielska Fabryka Maszyn "KOFAMA". The factory's traditions date back to 1892 when the buildings currently owned by the company housed the Silesian Cellulose Factory. In 1960, the Paper Machinery Factory was established. For 60 years, the factory has specialized in the production of machinery and equipment used in energy, wood, coal, coke, and environmental protection industries. Additionally, the company provides services such as water, oxygen, and plasma cutting, welding, robotic welding, CNC and conventional machining, locksmith work, and assembly.
