National Centre for Research and Development is an executive agency of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The Centre was established in the summer of 2007 as a managing unit for scientific, technological and innovation policies. It was the first institution of its kind, developed as a platform for effective dialogue between science and business. The financial support offered by the Center is directed primarily to domestic entrepreneurs and scientific circles.
