Antena 1 is a commercial private television channel in Romania. It was released in 1993 as regional television broadcasting in Bucharest and in the areas surrounding the capital. In 2012 Antena 1 was the second most watched television channel in Romania after Pro TV, having a market share of 16.8%. Antena TV Group SA is a television company in Romania, which holds broadcasting licenses for television Antena 1, Antena 2, Euforia Lifestyle TV and GSP TV. The company was established on June 4, 1991 as TV Antena 1 SA, and in December 2010 was renamed as Antena TV Group SA to consolidate operations.
