Kiwi Finance SRL (formerly known as Gemini Capital Consult) is a Romanian banking brokerage company which has been established in 2003. Four years later, in 2007, Gemini Capital Consult has signed a partnership with Oresa Ventures, a Swedish investment company, focusing on private investment, operating in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe since 1995. This partnership was followed by the decision to change the name of Gemini Capital Consult to KIWI Finance SRL. KIWI Finance focuses its activity on three business areas: credit consultancy services for individuals, for legal persons and legal consultancy.
