MOL Group has entered in Romania in 1994 through a mixed company - Carrier MOL. In 1995, the first gas station was opened, and the company changed its name into MOL Romania. The company is expanding its network of stations by signing a contract between MOL Group and Shell Romania. Thus, in a first stage MOL takes 23 Shell gas stations in the network. In 2010, the network counts 126 gas stations MOL .
