Patria Credit is the largest non-banking microfinance institution in Romania, with over 14 years of experience in granting loans on the local market.
The scope of activity of the company is the granting of business loans to microenterprises and small companies, individual entrepreneurs and agro producers. In December 2007 the Company was purchased by Romanian American Enterprise Fund ("RAEF") and Balkan Accession Fund ("BAF"). RAEF is a private equity fund established by the U.S. government to support economic development in post-communist Romania.
