Rominserv S.A. is set up in November, 2001 through the integration of Rompetrol’s international projects contracting and supervision department and of the internal maintenance and investment operative structures from the Petrochemical Complex Petromidia and Vega Refinery. In 2004 company acquires from the state through public tender the assets of the former IAIFO Zalau, one of the biggest industrial cast iron and steel fittings producers in Romania. Bucharest-based, Rominserv carries out operations in further four locations: Constanta, Ploiesti, Zalau and Sibiu. A member of The Rompetrol Group, Rominserv offers a financially and operationally valid alternative to the traditional internal management system for the execution/maintenance of upgrading and development investment projects.
