S.C. Sintofarm S.A. appeared as a result of government decision no. 1224/23.11.1990, after the take over of the former Enterprise for Drugs and Dyes Sintofarm Bucharest. Sintofarm result from the former Dyes Plant Phenolit, founded in 1916, with the public society Nitranil, having as object of activity the manufacturing of chemical intermediates and pharmaceutical substances, society founded in 1946. Since 1990 Sintofarm S.a. started the restructuration and the retechnologization, succeeding to set on new capacities: drugs conditioning and detergents and disinfectants.
