AK Korvet OAO is а leading manufacturer of valves for the shipbuilding industry in the USSR. Starting back in 1991, after a successful conversion program, launched production of wide range of products for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries including equipment for oil and gas wells, manifolds, valves and pipe fittings. This was accomplished implementing the gained experience and the high-tech production capabilities. In recent years, a large reconstruction and technical re-equipment of production facilities was done, also of engineering offices and research laboratories. The favourable geographical location helps Korvet to supply oil and gas companies in the Northern and Southern parts of Russia, also the CIS countries. The main groups of equipment offered are: fountain fittings, pipe fittings, manifolds, tanks. The company supports licenses of the American Petroleum Institute (API) for the right to release wells equipment and valves. Since 1996, new quality management system has been implemented in accordance with the international ISO 9001.
