Gordorstroy, as a Joint Stock company was established in 1993 through the privatization of the trust "Gordorstroy №1". The last one has a long history. the trust was established in 1931. In the 30 years the Trust has been involved in the center of Moscow for reconstruction of streets and squares with the gasket sealed drainage system and installation of exterior lighting, including the Red Square was reconstructed with the removal of tram and Garden streets transformed into the Garden Ring. Since 1993 more than 3.5 mln. sq. m. of roads, 225 km of drains, 100 km of sewers, 26 pedestrian crossings and other facilities were built and put into operation.
