Molkom AO (Молком АО) (Russia)

Since 1985, Molochnyi Kombinat Penzenskii OAO (Molkom) has been providing dairy products to the entire Penza region. In 2012, the company became part of the Damate Group of Companies, a Russian agricultural holding that focuses on turkey farming, milk processing, and dairy farming. The company's production facilities are located in the Penza, Tyumen, and Stavropol regions. Over the past seven years, Molkom has undergone several stages of extensive modernization, which have affected all areas of production, from milk reception to the shipment of finished products. During the period from 2012 to 2019, the company completely reconstructed and automated the milk reception and storage areas. They also installed new pasteurization equipment from Alfa Laval and introduced a high-tech OBRAM production line for classic cottage cheese, a line for cottage cheese production using ultrafiltration, two lines for bottling milk and fermented milk products in PET bottles, and a line for bottling ultra-pasteurized milk from Tetra Pak. The company has also updated its fleet of vehicles, acquiring new and modern milk tankers and transportation vehicles for delivering finished products to various points.
