The company operates in four business segments: Utilities engaged in supplying power, water, telecommunications and waste management services to Batamindo Industrial Park, Bintan Industrial Estate and Bintan Resorts; Industrial parks operates Batamindo Industrial Park in Batam and Bintan Industrial Estate in Bintan which provides ready-built factories for rental or sale, logistics services, residential, recreational and medical amenities, utilities infrastructure and other support services including residential, recreational and medical amenities, security and commercial centres; Resort operations is engaged in managing and operating Bintan resorts including Nirwana Gardens, Laguna Bintan, Ria Bintan, and Bintan Lagoon Resort; and Property developments engaged in developing and sale of resorts, commercial, residential and supporting facilities. Gallant Venture also expanded its business operations in Automotive through its subsidiary Indomobil engaged in brand holding sole agency, vehicle sales distribution, after sales service, vehicle ownership financing, spare part distribution under the "house-brand" - IndoParts, vehicle assembly, automotive parts, component manufacturing and other related supporting services. The company was incorporated in 2003.
