Ch. Karnchang Pcl (Thailand)

CH Karnchang Pcl is a construction company located in Bangkok, Special Governed District of. It was registered as a limited company on November 27, 1972, with an initial capital of 1.4 million baht. Initially, the company focused on constructing buildings and general civil works for government agencies such as the Army and the Air Force. In 1981, CH Karnchang entered into a joint venture with Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd., a top ten major construction contractor in Japan, to expand its business operations and learn construction technology. On October 10, 1994, the company transformed into a public limited company, increasing its registered capital to 700 million baht. It was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on August 3, 1995, and further increased its registered capital to 1,050 million baht on April 19, 1996. CH Karnchang has developed its construction technology through joint ventures with foreign companies such as Bilfinger AG Co., Ltd. from Germany and Thames Water International Co., Ltd. from England. This has enabled the company to undertake complex construction work and utilize advanced construction technology. CH Karnchang aims to be the leader in the construction business and a comprehensive basic infrastructure developer in the country. The company has two core businesses.
