K.C. Property Pcl is a Thailand-based company located in Bangkok, Special Governed District of. The company was established by Mr. Abhisit Ngamgeniuskul as KC Group. It initially traded in plywood building materials and constructed commercial buildings for sale. In 1982, the company ventured into real estate development, starting with a medium-priced townhouse project in the Khlong Chan area. Over the years, K.C. Property Pcl has developed both single-detached houses and townhouses. In 2003, KC Group decided to invest in Modern Home Development Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. KC Group became the major shareholder of the company and took over its management. After being listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, K.C. Property Pcl focused on developing housing estates and closed a project worth 063.1 million baht in 2003. Currently, the company has 701 projects under development, with a total worth of approximately 814.15 million baht. K.C. Property Pcl is primarily engaged in the property development business. The company's projects include houses, townhomes, and commercial buildings. Some of its notable projects are K.C. Natural Ville, K.C. Suwintawong 2, Platform Orchid Park, and Townhome K.C. Cluster New Vision. The company also has a subsidiary called Modern Street Co., Ltd., which is involved in property development.
