Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company located in Pathum Thani. It was established on September 11, 1989, by Mr. Phanya Nirunkul and Mr. Prapas Cholsaranon with an initial registered capital of THB 2 million. The company's first television program, "Way Tee Thong" (Golden Stage), was highly popular and marked its entry into the television program production business. On September 29, 2004, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company with a registered capital of THB 200 million. As of December 2021, the registered capital of the company was THB 452.09 million. Workpoint Entertainment has expanded its business and currently operates in four main categories: TV program business, event organizing business, concert and stage plays business, and merchandising and service business. The company is engaged in digital television broadcasting and the production of television programs, animation, and computer graphics, movies, concerts and plays, event marketing, and the sale of goods and services. It operates the Workpoint 23 channel for digital broadcasting and also licenses its television programs to other TV stations. Additionally, Workpoint Entertainment provides event marketing services, including the rental of theatre spaces, artist management, and movie business.
