Borusan Istikbal Ticaret Turk Anonim Sirketi is a company located in Istanbul, Turkey. It was founded in 1944 as the first company of the Borusan Group, specializing in iron-steel trade and agricultural product exports. Some of the notable subsidiaries include Borusan Boru Sanayi A.S., Borusan Muhendislik, Supsan, Borusan Makina, Borusan Lojistik, and Borusan Mannesmann Boru Yatirim A.S. The company has also been involved in the automotive industry, energy sector, and cultural and artistic endeavors. Borusan Holding, the parent company, has made significant investments and partnerships both domestically and internationally. In recent years, the company has focused on sustainability and innovation, launching initiatives such as the "Annemin İşi Benim Geleceğim" project and the Bukoli delivery service. In 2018, Borusan Holding acquired full ownership of Borusan Manheim, a second-hand automotive auction company.
