Tek-Art Construction Trade Tourism Industry and Investments Joint Stock Company, located in Istanbul, was established in 1982 as part of the formation of many strong organizations and sectors in the construction group companies, industry, trade, media, banking, tourism, and electronic industry, with the contributions of Mr. Mehmet Ali Yılmaz, the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since 1973, we have been involved in numerous national and international projects. As Tek-Art, we have successfully completed many projects, especially in the construction sector. In the media and communication field, we have been the strongest player in the Black Sea region with Zigana TV, Zigana Radio, and Karadeniz Gazetesi. We also provide services in visual and audio media broadcasting through the national TV EM channel. In Antalya Beldibi, the jewel of the tourism sector in our country, we have opened Zigana holiday village, which goes beyond the expectations of a 5-star hotel. With investments in banking and electronic industry, we have contributed to the advancement of our country. This successful trajectory, which has brought honor to our country in the past thirty years, has been achieved thanks to the courage of our founder and Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mehmet Ali YILMAZ, and the motivation and dynamism he instilled in our employees.
