Within the framework of its vision, mission and strategy, Doğan Investment Bank offers Structured Finance, Investment Banking and Treasury products to its Corporate and Commercial Banking customers, as well as Cash Management and International Trade Finance services under the umbrella of Transaction Banking. Doğan Yatırım Bankası received operating permits to carry out Public Offering Brokerage, Portfolio Brokerage and Limited Custody Services, with the decision of the Capital Markets Board meeting dated 27 October 2021 and numbered 55/1604. The Bank's issue certificate for the sale of debt instruments for the purpose of being sold to private and/or qualified investors without public offering within the country and within the total issue ceiling of 1,200,000,000 TL was also approved at the CMB's meeting of the same date and numbered 55/1588, and Doğan Yatırım Bankası was the first in the domestic market. It successfully completed its bond issuance in December 2021.
