IS Yatirim Ortakligi Anonim Sirketi, located in Istanbul, is a closed-end fund that was established in 1995 by Isbank, the oldest and largest private bank in Turkey. The company went public in April 1996 and currently has a free float of 67.25% as of December 31, 2022. ISYAT invests in various capital market instruments, including equities, fixed income securities, gold, and other precious metals. The portfolio of ISYAT is managed by IS Asset Management (İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.), following the risk diversification principles and investment strategy framework set by the Board of Directors. ISYAT has the largest portfolio among investment trusts in Turkey, amounting to 318,450,675 TRY as of December 31, 2022, representing 31.4% of the sector. The main shareholder of ISYAT is IS Investment (İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.) with a share of 28.93%. On July 16, 2012, IS Investment Trust merged with TSKB Investment Trust, resulting in an increase in the issued capital of ISYAT to 160,599,284 TRY. Its registered capital is 300,000,000 TRY.
