The company's founding partners, the Sadioğlu Family, established Kapital Mali ve Gayrimenkul Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş. on June 17, 2010, to consolidate all their companies in the finance and real estate sectors under one holding company. On August 25, 2020, Kapital Faktoring Anonim Şirketi acquired Kapital Mali Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş., along with all its assets and liabilities, through a merger. Following the merger, the company's paid-up capital became 251,000,000 TL.
