Örgen Gıda was established in 1981 and moved to its current location in 1994. The company mainly produces practical, packaged dry food items suitable for Turkish tastes. Örgen Gıda is an expert in its field. So, after Örgen Gıda joined the Group in 2002 with its “Bizim Mutfak” (Our Kitchen) concept, the Group’s presence in the kitchen products segment was strengthened. In addition to instant soup, desserts and similar items, the company also produces chicken and burger spices, baking powder and vanilla. The investments made to secure a high level of hygiene and to upgrade the production process have increased Örgen Gıda’s production capacity. The company has a 9,500 m² indoor facility and employs 160 people. Its annual production capacity is 15,000 tons. There are 180 different products in the company’s product range and this includes instant soup, traditional Turkish desserts, burger spices, and meat and chicken broth.
Instant soup is the second most important category in the company’s product range and the company has gained the number two position in only two years with its two brands in this category. All products are exported to various countries, with Europe being the main destination.
The company gained ISO 9001 certification in 2000 and ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System certification in 2003. It also has TSE Quality certification for all soup brands produced. Örgen Gıda’s mission is to increase its market share and continue to develop and produce the hygienic, safe and practical food items consumers’ need using the latest technologies.
