Pasha Yatirim Bankasi Anonim Sirketi, located in Istanbul, is a cross-border bank that aims to empower its customers. Established in 1987 as Turkey's first investment bank with foreign capital, it operated under different management until 2015. In that year, PASHA Bank OJSC, a Baku-based regional financial institution and Azerbaijan's highest-capital private bank, acquired the majority shares of the bank. As a result, the bank's new title became PASHA Yatirim Bankasi A.S., and its operating name was changed to PASHA Bank. The bank's paid-in capital increased to 500 million TL in 2018 with the direct ownership of 49% by its controlling shareholder, PASHA Holding LLC. PASHA Bank provides corporate, commercial, premium, and investment banking products to entrepreneurs, with a focus on contributing to the development of trade between Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, as well as providing resources and guidance to businesses investing in the region.
