Say Reklamcilik Yapi Dekorasyon Proje Taahhut Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi was established in Izmir in 1989 as a sole proprietorship operating in the field of signage. In 1992, it became a capital company and adopted the name Say Reklamcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Sti., gradually expanding its activities in all areas of industrial advertising. In 2004, it transformed into a joint-stock company and took on the name Say Reklamcilik Yapi Dekorasyon Proje Taahhut Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. In 2013, it became the world's first publicly traded industrial advertising company through an initial public offering. Starting from 2017, the company began conducting R&D and production in the field of renewable energy equipment, and in the following year, it entered into mass production. In 2019, it was determined that the company's field of activity had effectively changed, and this was presented to and approved by the general assembly. In 2020, the company amended its articles of association to be in line with its field of activity and changed its trade name to Say Yenilenebilir Enerji Ekipmanlari Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. The company's production and management facilities are located in the Izmir Kemalpasa Organized Industrial Zone, occupying a total area of 16,975 square meters with 16,500 square meters of closed area. The production facility includes sections for metal forming, aluminum, generator pole winding, acrylic, wood, thermoforming, vacuum, wet paint, powder coating, polishing, foil, and special production. The company is located in the same campus as its affiliated parties, Plaka Mobilya Taahhut San. ve Tic. A.S. and Hamax Europe Endustri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
