It can produce 50,000 sheets per day with widths of 183 cm and 210 cm, using 12 melamine presses and a melamine press in its facility in Georgia. In addition to its own production needs, Starwood also offers contract services with its five impregnation lines. The company produces its own resin and glue used in paper impregnation, particleboard, and MDF production. It has a print-paint production line with a capacity of 450,000 m² per day, allowing for the dyeing of plates with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 22 mm in 35 different patterns and colors. Starwood can also provide ink printing in any color specified by the customer. Starwood prioritizes environmental sustainability and clean air quality. It has suction systems for press gases in all production lines and uses electrostatic filters and dust separators for its particle board facilities.
