The company was established in June 1993, formerly known as "Feng Sheng Technology Co., Ltd.."In December 1998 it was renamed "Feng Sheng Technology Co., Ltd.” In 2000 DVD production equipment was purchased. In May 2002 the company went public and applied for a OTC. In February 2003 the company was registered in Emerging Market. The CD-ROM production involves mastering, injection molding, vacuum sputtering, automatic control and optical information storage technology. It purchased equipment and the technology transfer of manufacturing process from well-known factories. The raw materials include plastic PC material, aluminum (copper) ingots, protection plastic and ink. The company plans to enhance the existing products such as compact discs (CD-AUDIO), read-only CD (CD-ROM) Video CD (VCD), and put into the manufacturing and production of DVD-R, DVD-RAM and multifunction Name Card CD.
