ATEN Seiki was established in 1979 and changed its name to ATEN in 19788 beginning with the automatically control products. It officially entered the information sharing equipment market with the manufacture of KVM Switch. It went public in 1999 and went listed in 2003. It combined with Wei-core technology in 2005.It achieved the IPMI key technology and officially entered the embedded solution market. The main products include: KVM,USB and other industrial products. It covers ATEN with its own brand and OEM business. In 2005,It bought the Wei-core technology from ICP and achieved the IPMI key technology which is the detection technology in SERVER. It also has a self-developed patented ASIC of KVM.
