Founded in April 2005, AzureWave Technologies, Inc. is mainly engaged in the D&R, manufacture and sales of integrated modules, such as wireless communications and digital imaging products. The main products are the wireless network module. Its terminal application products are NB and GPS. And the termial applications technologies are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Wimax and LTE. The company has merged seriatim in Wei Yi Tech., ShuangHan Tech and Fu Yu Tech., since its establishment. In March 2007 and 2009, the company switched investment into Shanghai in succession. Major customers are Wo Shuo (Shanghai) and Asustek Computer. The domestic competers in wireless network module are Zheng Wen, Jian Han, Hon Hai, USI and so on, while foreign competitors, include Murata, Alps Electric (ALPS), Taiyo Yuden (TaiyoYuden) and etc. In October 2009, public offering was issued.
