C-Tech United Corp. was founded in May 1996 and started battery pack delivery to SYNNEX, the largest distributor in Taiwan in 1997. In 2003 it set up Suzhou China Factory for NEC Phone pack. It received ISO9002 certification In 2001 and ISO9000, ISO14000 certification in 2004. The company is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of storage batteries. Its major products include storage batteries for notebooks, storage batteries for mobile phones, automobile battery modules, energy storage modules, chargers other portable battery modules and related accessories, as well as storage batteries for moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the company obtained approximately 78.97% and 11.3% of its total revenue from storage batteries for notebooks and other battery modules, respectively. The company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
