CKM Building Material Corp. was founded in August 1982 and was listed on the OTC stock market in November 2000. In 1992 it introduced a corporate identity system (CIS) and created “CKM” brand for global market. In 1997 the company was ISO 9002 certified and made Initial public offering (IPO). CKM is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of interior construction materials. The Company provides three categories of products: light-weight steel frames for ceilings, light-weight steel frames for compartments and metallic ceilings. It is also involved in the manufacture of steel rolls. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the company obtained approximately 53.83%, 19.59% and 17.25% of its total revenue from its ceiling light-weight steel frames, compartment light-weight steel frames and steel rolls, respectively. The company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
