Central Laboratories, Inc. was established in November 1959 as Zhengshi pharmaceutical company and mainly engaged in the production of capsule and tablet formulations. In 1996 the company was renamed as Central Laboratories, Inc. and in October 2003 officially listed in OTC. Among its main products oral liquid accounted for 86% and tablets 13%. Until October 2007 the company has a total of 55 drug licenses, in which oral liquid has 46 licenses. Its main marketing channels include the authorities, hospitals and clinics. The key customers cover Venus - Taipei, Mackay - Taipei (Both have long-term stable cooperative relations with the company), Chengqing General Hospital - Hong Kong Branch, Rui Desheng Technology, Taiwan and Japan Pharmaceutical, etc.
