Established in 1983,the company was specialized in the trading and cutting of stainless steel and oil pressing. In 1986 it purchased å and E welding machine. In 1992 it added the grinding machine, L-TEL welding machine, coil cutting machines and other automated leveling devices. In 1995 it added the automatic welding machines, punching beds and other equipment. In 1997 the company went public and set up a subsidiary in the United States. In 1998 it imported from Germany a leveling cutting equipment which can be cut 2M W with the coil thickness 2.5MM-12MM.It invested in the vibration and stainless steel cutting centers in Malaysia. In 1999 it set up branches in Thailand. In 2001 it went OTC listed, completed the purchase of sheet metal cutting machines and leveling throwing sands equipment and imported oil sand throwing equipment from Switzerland. Thailand's first stainless steel cutting plant was set up. In 2002 the foreign invested company was established to invest in Kunshan Jianchang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.
