Champion Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established in November 1972 by Mr. Lin, Tian-Chun in Taiwan, and developed the Champion brand. The company was listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange in September 1992. In 1996, the company was the first to acquire ISO 9001 Quality Authentication in the industry in Taiwan. In 1997, it was the first to be awarded with Green Environment Protection in the industry in Taiwan. The company also was granted ISO 14001 certification. The company is principally engaged in the production and distribution of ceramic tiles, stone products and refractory materials. The company mainly offers ground tiles and wall tiles for construction industry. The company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets. During the year 2010, the company obtained approximately 94.04% of its total revenue from the domestic markets.
