Founded in Chang Yee Steel Company is mainly engaged in the business of processing and trading of steel plate cutting. In 1983 the company changed to its present name Chang Yee Steel Co., Ltd. In 1986 the company added automated cutting machine. In 1988 it bought lands in Shengang Township Changhua County built factories. It purchased in 1989 Corrugated Sheet Forming Machine, selling paint and galvanized zinc coating. In 1990 the steel cutting equipments moved from Hemei to Shengang plant. In 1991 the company purchased one set of microcomputer automatic control of numerical cutting punching machine. In January 1998, it set up He Mei factory. And the company established CHANGYEE STEEL (BVI) CO., LTD. in December. In 1999 January, it passed the ISO9002 international quality assurance certification.
