Chen Full International Co., Ltd. was established on April 28, 1982, and made IPO in September 2002 and registered in OTC market on September 10, 2004. In September, 2006, it merged Quanfeng Indsutrial and began to be engaged in precise space devices and shoe making machinery. Its main business is special pipe and systematic integration engineering, pipe and part marketing, machinery sell. It is originally engaged in semi-conductors, optoelectric pipe design and installation, material agency and production. It focused on shoe making machinery sell and was the largest shoe making equipment supplier in Asia. In space devices, its products are mainly sold to Hanxiang, Canadian Bombardier, American Boeing and GE. It has three factories in Penghu and Wang’an. It produced a large quantity of water and planned to set foot on water treatment business by cooperating with Veolia and Tao’s Chemical Industry.
