Chernan Metal Industrial Corp. (Taiwan, China)

Chernan Technologies Inc., was establish on April 10 1984, as a subsidiary of the Chernan Soldering Corp. The precursor company is Tung-Hui Tin Industries, engaged in the tin industry exclusively, with a history of nearly 70 years to date. The continuation of two generations of management, then in 1992, a factory was built in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province in China, and in Hong Kong, the Belinda Company was formed. Chernan made public offering in June 2008 and in September registered on Emerging Stock Market. The company provides tin bars, which are applied in the wave soldering procedures of electronic assembling factories and in the hot air levering (HAL) procedures of printed circuit board (PCB) factories; tin balls, which are applied in the galvanizing procedures of PCBs and passive devices; tin wires, which are applied in the assembling and maintenance of electronic products; tin pastes, which are applied in jointing components by surface mount technology (SMT) in electronic assembling factories, as well as soldering flux. The company obtained American’s No. 2 Brand AIM company’s authorization in 2006 to produce and distribute soldering alloy (tin, silver, copper, antimony) with US and Japanese Patent (The fluidity, soldering moisture etc., properties are better than regular tin-silver-copper alloy). The authorization for manufacturing and distribution extends to Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Chernan was one of the first Taiwanese manufacturer to enter into Mainland, China. Currently, its sales network is spread throughout the Guangdong province, Zhuhai Delta, Changjiang Delta, and along with the service personnel, the production line also give immediate service. With its relentless pursuit of research on quality, it was able to win the trust of major corporations such as Elite, Microstar, First International, Foxconn, Asus and thousands of other companies.
