On July 25, 1990 Concord Securities Co., Ltd. was established. The Bond Department was established in November 1991.In April 1993, the company started the securities margin financing business. In May 1995, it set up subsidiaries in Hong Kong. In December 1996 the company went listed. In May 1997 it established the foreign holding company of Concord Securities Co.,Ltd.[Cayman Islands] and set up the Department of International Business. In May 2000 it invested and established Concord Futures Company. In October it merged with Daewoo love, Triple and Matsuyama Branch. In October the company set up Shipai, Shezi, South branches. In September 2002 it added the business of futures dealer. The New Store Branch was established in December. In April the company established Kaohsiung Branch.
