Changlong Transportation Corporation Ltd, the predecessor of Evergreen International Storage and Transport Corporation, is was founded on September 1st, 1973. Originally it was set up to provide the service to the shipping and road transportation in the Industry and commerce circle. In 1986, it got the license from the Ministry of Economics to change the name to Evergreen International Storage & Transportation, after several times of capital increase; it started issuing shares to public. To further combine the resources and facilitate the service to customers as well as to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, it experienced more combinations merging with other prominent companies. Each combinations ever extended the scope of its business to other areas such as logistics on roads, sea and in air, wharf unloading, shipping rental, passenger transportation,, auto repairing & maintenance and petroleum agency.
