In June 2002, it went through the public offering to proceed towards the capital market. Its main businesses are manufacturing special materials and key components of semiconductors, and acting as agents of vacuum equipments, of components sale and maintenance, of semiconductors, of photovoltaic system equipment / instruments machine sales and repair, etc. In 2001, it set up Nanke Branch company.
