HE TEH INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CO. LTD was officially established and constituted the Articles of Incorporation in 1983 in Taipei. Its scope of business includes manufactureing and trading integrated circuits as well as to design the aforesaid business, acting as agents and/or distributors of both domestic and foreign suppliers to distribute their products and make bids ,quotations and offers on their behalf and importing and exporting the related products. In Oct.1995, the Company's Name was amended as Greatek Electronics Inc and added one more business item: Testing and packaging of integrated circuits. In Apr.1998 it passed the ISO 9002 Quality System Certification. In Jun. 2000 it established a Bonded Factory and passed the Initial Application for listing securities by the Taiwan Stock Exchange. In August 2000, it received QS-9000 Quality System Certification. In October 2000, it went listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. In November 2001, it passed the ISO-14000 Environmental Management System Certification. In May 2003, it received ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certification. it passed SONY GREEN PARTNER Environment Certification in August 2003 and it received TS16949 Quality System Certification in January 2007. In December 2009 it received ISO 9001: 2008 Quality System Certification and ISO / TS 16949: 2009 Quality System Certification.
